Meet Kaitlin

Kaitlin has been practicing yoga for almost 20 years. She grew up as a competitive gymnast in California and has always been interested in movement and passionate about living an active, healthy lifestyle. She became a gymnastics instructor while she was in high school and continued to teach gymnastics for over 7 years. During that time she attended her first yoga class and immediately fell in love with both the physical and mental benefits of the practice. In 2018, she moved to a new town and signed up for yoga teacher training as a way to make friends and build connections. Shortly after completing her training, Kaitlin opened her very own yoga studio in California. 4 years later, Kaitlin relocated to Rockwall, Texas where she continues to share her love of yoga with others. As a teacher, her hope is to challenge her students with every class while inspiring growth and progress in their own journey.
